Every body is different. Without an evaluation, it’s hard to say when you should see a change in your symptoms.

You may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance provider if you have out-of-network benefits. You can also use HSA/FSA funds for your visits. I suggest calling your insurance company and confirming your benefits.

Non-New Jersey Residents:

We’ll meet virtually!

We know how hectic life can be and we don’t want it to hold you back from your healing goals.

Just make sure you have space to get on the floor and gather some items you may need to assist in your exercises (towel, resistance bands, chair, etc.).

We can easily make it work while still providing the same high-level care you’d receive in the office.

Absolutely not. Each person will have her own individual goals, but your equipment investment is up to you.

No money for weights? Use your baby! You’re already lifting them anyway. Or we’ll suggest items you can find around the house.

We may recommend some supplements or items specific for your healing goals, but you can decide how much you’re willing to spend.

We get it. We’re moms shopping at the same grocery stores, driving our kids to all the activities, and paying for the same daycare costs you are.

You have to decide what’s important to you.

• Is your problem impacting your life?

• Is it stopping you from being fully present with your family?

• Is this problem worth saving up for proper treatment?

Your provider will work with you to find a visit frequency that is manageable for you.

Sure you can. But your form, the order you do the exercises, and following progressive overload is essential to the efficacy of the exercises you’re doing. If you’re doing them incorrectly, not only will you continue to have the same issues, but you may even be doing further damage.

By working with us – even only a few sessions – we can ensure you are performing the exercises correctly, avoid injury, adjust if you feel any discomfort, and help you continue to improve your symptoms until they're gone.

Please come dressed in athletic gear or other clothing that is easy to assess movement in and comfortable for you to move around in while wearing (think leggings/shorts, tank top, etc.).
