Meet Dr. Ali, the Physical Therapist + Coach behind Essentials Physical Therapy & Training!

Hey mama! I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy + Pelvic Health Coach + wife + mom (& dog mom)!

I am no stranger to difficulties during and after birth. During my pregnancy I struggled with pelvic pain that made it hard to walk and get out of my car! After my emergency c-section I felt like a shell of myself. I struggled with a slew of physical issues: back pain, hip pain, constipation, and prolapse to name a few! After my healing was complete I knew I never wanted another mom to struggle like I did.

I made it my mission to help active moms feel like themselves again!

I am not your average Physical Therapist! I practiced in orthopedics for 3 years, with a special interest in treating low back and hip pain. Then I transitioned to a speciality in pelvic floor and I have helped women across the country heal from birth and feel like themselves again!

In my practice I see women local to south Jersey. I focus on giving women the tools they need to heal themselves and return to what they love. We focus on building strength and resiliency in the body to feel like YOU again!

I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2016. I have advanced pelvic health training through the Herman and Wallace Institute. I am a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and currently working on becoming a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach!  I am certified in Myofascial Trigger Point Dry Needling.

I live in Burlington County, NJ. I love lifting weights, listening to audio books, walking with my Weimaraners and hanging out with my husband, son, and new baby girl.

Meet Dr. Rachel!

Hey, I'm Rachel Conti! I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, personal trainer, and studying functional medicine provider. I am a wife, and mom to 2 beautiful kids.

I’m no stranger to the difficulties that come with pregnancy and postpartum recovery. I struggled with unrelenting pain at the end of my first pregnancy. But I was fortunate to have an uncomplicated delivery. Inspired by these challenges, however, I became passionate about encouraging physical therapy to prepare for the marathon that is delivery, and postnatally, to enable the body to properly rest and recover.

My second delivery brought a new set of issues when I had an unexpected c-section at 37 weeks. C-section recovery is no joke! It fueled my desire to help other moms through these difficult recoveries.

I bring my knowledge of rehabilitation, personal training, and functional medicine full circle to help you heal and recover!

Of course as a busy mom of 2 kids I do more than work and study. I enjoy spending time with my family, playing soccer, and furthering my postpartum recovery through strength training.

I currently see clients virtually and offer early morning and evening hours that fit well with a working mom’s schedule!

Meet Dr. Casey!

Hey! I am Casey Bailey, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist and Certified Yoga Teacher.

I have been practicing as a physical therapist for 10 years. With all this knowledge under my belt, I have felt called to help other moms feel their best.

I have extensive training in treating pelvic floor conditions and am in the process of becoming a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.

My other passion lies in combining the spiritual aspect of healing along with the physical. While our Essentials PT sessions will be focused on your physical healing, if you’d also like to discuss healing in mental and emotional capacities, I’d love to have that conversation with you.

I love to exercise and get into deep conversations. But my greatest joy is being with my husband and 2 beautiful children.

I can’t wait to see you in the Mt. Laurel office!

Meet Dr. Sarah!

Dr. Sarah Jesuncosky, our newest provider, allows us to offer more Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy services at the Hammonton + Turnersville locations of Cherry Hill OB/GYN.

Hey y’all! I am Sarah Jesuncosky! I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy, loving wife, and mama to 2 sweet boys!

My pelvic floor physical therapy journey started in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, when my husband was stationed down there. Over the 4 years we were in the Outer Banks, I developed and established a pelvic floor physical therapy program in the outpatient rehabilitation clinic at the Outer Banks Hospital.

I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 2017. I have years of experience treating pelvic floor conditions, extensive training, primarily through the Herman and Wallace Institute, and I am currently in the process of becoming a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.

I am a native of South Jersey and my family and I decided to relocated back to the area after having our children. With two little boys, we like to stay active, be outside as much as possible, and enjoy the little things in life.

When it comes to healing the pelvic floor, it is just as much physical healing as it is mental, emotional, and feeling supported in your journey. I cannot wait to be on this journey with you and get you feeling like yourself again!
